DeviceResetActions

Starts the factory default reset (FDR) process over BLE using a mobile application (Note: It can ONLY be performed over BLE from a mobile application). Resolution indicates that FDR process was initiated, not that the process was completed. Once FDR initiates, device notifications will publish independently from the action to indicate progress/status of the FDR process.
